Agreement for the use of the Sub Zero Boots website

By using the Sub Zero Boots web site (http://www.sub-zeroboots.com/), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other guidelines or rules applicable to other services that may be posted from time to time. REFUND POLICY

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any payments made via this website, up to 7 working days after receiving it and receive a full refund.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please Contact Us, quoting your name and date ordered. If we can not resolve the problem to your satisfaction, we will ask you to return the products to our Correspondence Address and once received we will make a refund providing the items are un-used and undamaged.

Refunds are NOT given on any products that have been used unless the item is faulty.

Funds will be credited into the same account that was debited.
